Missions

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”  Matthew 28:19-20

Bible Baptist Church seeks to fulfill the command of Scripture to take the gospel into all the world. We are actively involved with missions in the following ways:

Giving to Faith Promise Missions (over $113,000 given in 2009)     Currently supporting 102 missionaries, children's homes,       and church planters    Hosting an annual missions conference    Sending teams on mission trips.  This February we took a team to Uganda, in July we took another to the Dominican Republic.  Both trips were a lot of fun.  The Uganda trip resulted in a family from our church committing to go to Uganda as missionaries.   Sending monthly letters to our missionaries.  These letters have resulted in several email pen-pals.   Church families adopting a missionary family.  This has resulted in several new friendships among our members and missionaries.
